I was honored to be invited by iam8bit to create a piece for their 20th anniversary celebration art show. The theme was retro gaming, so I decided to make a tribute to one of my favorite games: Link's Awakening. They chose to make prints of the piece as well, which are currently available here!
This watercolor painting depicts the opening scene of the game, when Link washes ashore on Koholint Island, with the egg of the Windfish high above.
